The Countryman Inn is a traditional rural hostelry with open log fires and a large restaurant that has been run by the Vaughan family since 1986.

This guide recommends country pubs near Horsham, that you can cycle or mountain bike to, or of course drive your car to.
The Sussex Oak has parts dating back several hundred years. There are several bar areas, including one with a large inglenook fireplace and old oak beams and another with a billiards table. The restaurant is mentioned in The Good Pub Guide and is well known for serving good local produce.
The Cherry Tree Inn: a fine 17th century country Inn, situated between Crawley and Horsham on the A264. Excellent food and ales, real log fires, a warm welcome and rustic charm. Large sunny beer garden and car parking available.
