FairplaySE provides information, advice and training relating to all aspects of anti-discrimination legislation and good practice in delivering equality of opportunity in both a diverse workforce and service delivery. The emphasis is on ‘walking the talk’ and having policies that can be delivered effectively ensuring both fairness and efficient business delivery.
Failure to comply with the wide-ranging legislation can be expensive to an employer in time, reputation and money.
Regular workshops include :
Turning policies into practice |
|
| Good practice in recruitment and retention | |
| Delivering life/work balance policies to meet business needs | |
Developing/reviewing and delivering gender/race/disability equality policies |
|
The workshops are delivered in Southwater or in other areas to meet demand and can also be delivered on employer’s premises and tailored to meet your needs if required
We also review your policies and work with you to update where necessary to meet the latest legislation and good practice, and advise on effective delivery and monitoring. Many of the problems occur because delivery is uneven due to insufficient training and evaluation.
